Booking information

Booking: After receiving our reservation confirmation, we ask you for a deposit (details in the reservation confirmation). After we have received the deposit, your reservation is complete.

Changeover day: We ask you to arrange your arravil on Saturday or Sunday (in the peak season). Should this be impossible, we can surely reach an agreement.

Check-in: from 15:00 onwards; should you arrive later than 19:00, pleaso do notify us.
Check-out: 10:00 at the latest
Payment: Cash only! We can send you the bill in advance, enabling you to transfer the amount onto our bank account - please remember international bank transfers take a while.

Please note we do not accept pets.

From mid October to mid December, all leisure facilities incl. swimming pool and sauna will be closed and half board not possible.

Cancellation fees:
Up to 3 months before: no fees.
3 months to 1 month: 40 % of the entire price. 
1 month to 1 weekt: 70 % 
in the last week: 100 %
