TICKETING

After our reservation confirmation, we ask you for a down payment (the account number will be given to you in the reservation letter). Your reservation is only fixed once it has been credited to our account.

In the event of late arrival or early departure, the apartment will be charged on the agreed date.

PAY

Cash payment possible! We are happy to accept your (Bancomat Card.)
We would be happy to send you the invoice in advance if you wish. So you can transfer the invoice amount to our account before the start of the holiday. Within the EU you can make the transfer free of charge. When transferring money abroad, please note the duration of the bank transfer.

We ask for your understanding, pets only on request at an additional cost of 13 € per day!

DAY OF ARRIVAL

If possible, we ask you to change your day of arrival and departure to Saturday or Sunday in the main season. If it is possible in terms of booking, we will be happy to accommodate you.

Check-in: from 3 p.m. if you arrive after 7 p.m., please let us know.
Check-out: by 9 a.m.

CANCELLATION FEES

Cancellations are only valid in writing.
Up to 3 months before the start of your holiday: no cancellation fees.
From 3 months to 2 months before the start of the holiday: 40% of the total package price.
From 1 month to 1 week before the start of the holiday: 70% of the total package price.
In the last week: 100% of the total package price, even if you leave early: the deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee!
Place of jurisdiction is Zell am Ziller.
